Our focus is to provide a personal approach to learning in a relaxed and friendly environment, therefore emphasis is placed on providing excellent training within small tutor groups, four students being the maximum.
Elite Tutors are highly qualified, experienced and will offer friendly and supportive advice that will ensure learners have a successful outcome.
If you are completing a VTCT course, after your training day(s), home study and practice is essential to bring your skills and learning to a professional level. You will be required to return to the Academy for a practical assessment and a small multiple choice test to prove your competence before certification, depending on the course you are taking. The student determines the time that this takes however please note there is a two year period for completion.
To conform with health and safety regulations, we would ask you to wear your uniform if you have one. If you are a beginner and do not have one, please wear either black and white, all black or all white. You must have a smart professional appearance, with well manicured short nails, hair must be tied back from the face and your shoes must be flat and sensible for working in.
Refreshments will be available during the day, however you will be required to bring a packed lunch.
As the centre is accredited by the Guild of Professional Therapists, joining the Guild will enable the student to become a member and gain insurance cover. For further information regarding the annual price, please go to www.beautyguild.com.
We are a registered VTCT centre (Vocational Training Charitable Trust), which enables the student to gain a national/international recognised Certificate or Diploma. For further information about VTCT, please visit www.vtct.org.uk.
When you have decided which course you would like to take, please go to the contact page and fill out the application form. This is where you will find the terms and conditions of training with Elite Beauty Academy. It is the students responsibility to read and abide by these conditions.

"After being made redundant from a very stressful job I decided to retrain, but wasn't sure if beauty was for me. I had a consultation with Wendy to find the best qualification and route for me to follow. I started with a taster massage course to see if I liked it. I really enjoyed it and have gone on to complete massage, reflexology and am now studying aromatherapy."
